Refund policy
Effective Date: 10 May 2025
At Nest Wines, we stand behind the quality of our wines. If there’s a fault, issue or damage with your order, we’ll make it right.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
• The item must be damaged, faulty, or incorrect
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
• You must provide proof of purchase and images (if applicable)
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, email ben@nestwines.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will assess your claim and respond with next steps.
If the return is approved:
• You will be required to arrange and pay for return shipping
• Items must be returned in original packaging
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you simply do not like the wine.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your wine arrives broken, spoiled or otherwise not fit for consumption, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the issue.
REFUND TIMING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
