Nest Wines delivers premium South Australian wine to customers across most of Australia. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

 


 

📦 Delivery Regions


We currently deliver within Australia only, excluding:

Northern Territory (NT)

Western Australia (WA)


Due to freight limitations and liquor licensing restrictions, we do not offer international shipping.

 


 

🚚 Courier Partner


All orders are shipped via Sendle, a carbon-neutral courier service. Orders are dispatched from our base in Kingston Park, South Australia.

 


 

🕒 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving full payment.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 


 

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times


Typical delivery timeframes after dispatch:

South Australia: 1–3 business days

Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland: 3–7 business days

Tasmania, ACT: 4–8 business days


Please note: Delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand or courier delays outside our control.

 


 

🔞 Age Verification


By law, deliveries require a person 18 years or older to receive the order. Couriers may request ID at the door. If no one eligible is available, a card will be left and redelivery arranged.

 


 

📭 Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses


If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery:

We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional delivery charges will apply.

 


 

❗ Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is damage or an issue with the delivery, notify us within 7 days by emailing ben@nestwines.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable).
