This website is operated by Nest Wines. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nest Wines. By accessing or using our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not access the Site.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updates. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.
SECTION 1 – ALCOHOL SALES
We operate under South Australian Liquor Licence #57622641. By purchasing from this Site, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to a person under 18 years. We may request identification upon delivery.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERY POLICY
We only deliver within Australia, excluding Northern Territory and Western Australia. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Sendle. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, redelivery fees may apply.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Nest Wines accepts returns only if products are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Buyers must pay for return shipping.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee your device’s screen displays colours or details correctly. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion.
SECTION 5 – USER CONDUCT
You must not use the Site for illegal or unauthorised purposes, transmit harmful code, or interfere with its functionality. We may suspend access for violations.
SECTION 6 – PRIVACY

To the extent permitted by law, Nest Wines is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the Site or our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of purchase price.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of relevant Australian courts.
